Oxbo designed the shaker head to deliver fast and efficient tree shaking. The 125 hp John Deere  Engines, and 2-Speed ground drive system allow maneuverability through rolling hills, mud, and other challenging conditions.  

The versatile three-level deck allows for height and angle adjustment to ensure maximum product capture across tree sizes.   Bolt-on deck panels provide easy in-field replacement for damaged sections, reducing downtime and cost.  The low friction, composite laminate sheeting leads to fewer nuts accumulating on the decks.  

Three Poclain high-pressure, direct-drive radial piston hydraulic motors deliver strong, consistent performance. Reversing fan keeps the radiator clean by removing debris keeping the  harvester cool and a single belt drive system extends belt life.   

When Oxbo engineers saw the opportunity to apply their specialty harvesting expertise to the pistachio industry, they focused on designing a shaker with specific features that will save time and money while maximizing harvest performance.

Precise, even shake pattern effectively removes product in under 5 seconds with minimal debris. Two settings to shake small and large trees, and strong product removal without damaging tree or removing next year’s crop. 

Simple hydraulics controlled by levers, minimal routing due to less valving. The Poclain wheel motor hydraulics are attached through the kingpin and do not turn with the motor, reducing wear and tear. 

Center operator cab positions the driver directly in line with the shaker head for accurate tree alignment. LED lights for night harvesting mounted to shine directly on the shaker head. Turn signals, strobe lights, and side view mirrors.  

The WS1000 is dynamic and adaptable to orchards of all ages. The adjustable pivot pin on the shaker head allows the WS1000 to harvest trees with diameters ranging 5 to 22-inches.  

Compatible with other OEM harvesting support equipment and can be customized to harvest other crops.  

Navigate quickly through rows, with a turning radius of 19 feet.

 AllWS1000 feature Oxbo’s AutoShake system. AutoShake automates the shaking process using adjustable timer and shake intensity settings.  

AutoShake delivers a consistent shake from tree to tree, regardless of operator fatigue or variability in technique.  

Shake intensity adjusts the RPM of the engine to achieve the optimum shake pattern based on tree sizes.
