As an Electrical Engineer you will design and develop electrical hardware and systems for our agricultural machinery. You will work closely with Oxbo’s programmers, mechanical engineers and suppliers and can be found on the floor giving work instructions to your colleagues in the production department.
Worldwide machines are made by Oxbo. For the Netherlands, this is at the locations in Roosendaal and Belfeld. Here, machines made by Oxbo are designed and produced. From cutting and bending the metal sheets to spraying and assembling a machine that drives out of the showroom here, ready for its adventure with the customer.
With 18,000 m2 of production space, the facility where you will be working is a veritable Valhalla if you love technology. The engineers design and draw the machines, and everything is made on the floor. We have spacious workplaces, everyone has their own tools and we invest in machines that support the production process. Support departments such as service, sales, finance and HR are also located in Roosendaal.
In 1959 Oxbo started as Ploeger Machines in Roosendaal and since then we have grown into an international company with customers in 40 countries around the world. Through various acquisitions and collaborations, we are now at about 1,400 employees, spread over 14 factory locations and 13 service locations in North and South America, France, England and the Netherlands. The head office? That’s still in Roosendaal.
