The Sales Consultant will be responsible for negotiating and selling parts and components for coffee, corn on the cob, pea, acerola and corn harvesters. This role will have to identify the needs of direct customers and dealers, offer appropriate technical solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
✔ Providing technical support and advice to customers, helping them to select the most suitable parts and components for their specific harvesting needs.
✔ Negotiating commercial conditions, delivery times and prices with customers, ensuring sales are closed and targets are met.
✔ Carrying out customer visits.
✔ Assisting with inventory control.
✔ Meeting delivery deadlines for parts as agreed with the customer.
✔ Completed high school (required)
✔ College degree in areas such as Administration, Marketing or similar (preferred)
✔ Driver’s license category B (required)
✔ Availability for travel
✔ Knowledge of sales analysis and reporting tools
✔ Good verbal and written communication skills
✔ Ability to hit targets under pressure
