Financial Accountant Operations Nederland

• Responsible for the collection and recording of all relevant financial data related to Operations, including (obsolete) inventory, hours, cost centers, work in progress and coverages;
• Taking care of export and import of financial data between systems;
• Preparation and execution of month-end activities, including reconciling and analyzing financial data, providing explanations and advising on any actions to be taken;
• Reviewing and verifying financial data supplied;
• Preparing VAT and ICP declarations for the Netherlands;
• Preparation of CBS reports;
• Performing activities related to payroll administration (3 entities), including:- – Reviewing and processing payroll reports.
• Checking and processing payroll journal entries in the financial records;
• Ensuring payment of salaries and payroll taxes;
• Providing payroll tax and premium statements;
• Controlling pension payments;
• Preparation of specifications for year-end closing and audit regarding operations, VAT and salaries;
• Involved in process changes and Finance related projects (e.g. process optimization and implementation of new ERP package);
• Sparring partner of the Senior Financial Controller and the Finance Manager.

Worldwide, machines are made by Oxbo. For the Netherlands, this is at the locations in Roosendaal and Belfeld. Here, machines made by Oxbo are designed and produced. From cutting and bending the metal sheets to spraying and assembling a machine that drives out of the showroom here, ready for its adventure with the customer.

With 18,000 m2 of production area, the facility where you will be working is a veritable Valhalla if you love technology. The engineers design and draw the machines, and everything is made on the floor. We have spacious workstations, everyone has their own tools and we invest in machines that support the production process. Support departments such as service, sales, finance and HR are also located in Roosendaal.

In 1959 Oxbo started as Ploeger Machines in Roosendaal and since then we have grown into an international company with customers in 40 countries around the world. Through various acquisitions and collaborations, we are now at about 1,400 employees, spread over 10 factory locations and 13 service locations in North and South America, France, England and the Netherlands.
