Oxbo International is seeking responsible individuals for troubleshooting/repair, machine support, preventative maintenance, scheduled repair operations, and emergency service on our product. You will be responsible for providing high quality technical and customer support through troubleshooting/diagnosis and sound, timely problem-solving. Duties will be performed either at our location or at the customer’s site.
✔ Interact with both the internal team and customers
✔ Work from blueprints, manuals, and schematics
✔ Apply strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical skills to Oxbo products
✔ Troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical technology
✔ Vocational training, and/or a minimum of 3 years experience in troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical technology
✔ Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical skills and the ability to apply this knowledge to OXBO products
✔ Maintenance knowledge, customer-service orientation, and an ability to work from blueprints, manuals, and schematics
✔ Clean driving record
✔ Have exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively and efficiently interact with customers and coworkers
✔ Be able to prioritize and multi-task within our fast-paced environment
✔ Be safety conscious and committed to abiding by and supporting company safety policies
✔ Work a flexible schedule that may include emergency/after-hours service on a rotating basis including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
✔ Technician: 2 years (Preferred)
✔ United States work authorization (Required)
